Welcome to Ondalma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, "Ondalma", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Ondalma online store, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the site or buys from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account login details private.
3. Products and product information
- We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product photos may include styling, lifestyle or illustrative images.
- The Ondalma shower head is designed for showering only. Its cotton filter traps solid particles such as sediment, sand and rust. It does not soften water, does not remove chlorine, dissolved minerals or heavy metals, and does not make water safe for drinking.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin, scalp or hair condition.
- Replace the cotton filter regularly, as described in the product instructions. Results depend on your water and how often you use and replace the filter.
- Install the product following the included instructions. If you're unsure about your plumbing, consult a professional.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. Any "compare at" price shown is a reference price for the product.
5. Orders
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 40-day money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
Apart from our 40-day money-back guarantee and any rights you have under applicable law that can't be excluded, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ondalma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, including damage caused by improper installation or use. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, fraud, interference with the site's security or operation, scraping, or uploading harmful code. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Reviews and messages
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's yours and truthful, and you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.
11. Intellectual property
The Ondalma name, logo, text, images and design of this site belong to Ondalma or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
12. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
