We want you to love your Ondalma shower head. If you don't, our 40-day money-back guarantee has you covered.

40-day money-back guarantee

You have 40 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund for any reason.

  • Email us at support@ondalma.store with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work for you.
  • We'll reply with the next steps. If we ask you to send the item back, we'll give you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, because packages sent without instructions can't be matched to an order.
  • Returned items should include the shower head, hose and mount. Used cotton filters don't need to be returned.
  • Once your return is approved (or received, if we asked for it back), we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method.

Return shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered, we cover everything. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is the customer's responsibility. Shipping to you was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process your refund you'll get a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the money to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Want to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can still use the 40-day guarantee above.

Replacement filters

Cotton filters are consumable parts meant to be replaced as they fill with sediment. A filter turning brown is normal and shows it's working; it isn't a defect.
