Will it fit my shower?

Yes, if your shower uses a standard 1/2" connection, which is the standard in most US homes. Just unscrew your current shower head and screw on the Ondalma mount.

Do I need tools or to drill holes?

No. The steel ball mount screws onto your existing shower arm by hand. No drilling, no tools and no plumber needed.

Can I use it overhead and by hand?

Yes. Leave it in the adjustable mount as a regular overhead shower, or lift it off to use it in your hand.

What does the STOP button do?

It pauses the water with one click, so you can lather or shave without wasting water. Press it again and the water comes back.

What does the filter remove?

The cotton filter traps solid particles such as sediment, sand and rust. It does not soften water and does not remove chlorine, dissolved minerals or heavy metals.

How often should I replace the filter?

About once a month, or as soon as the cotton turns brown. It may need changing sooner with heavy use or high-sediment water. Your kit includes 5 filters.

Can I drink the filtered water?

No. Ondalma is designed for showering only and does not make water safe for drinking.

You have 40 days from delivery to try it. If you're not happy, email us and we'll give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
